*Good morning...what a game last night!  And Yea!!!!    The Colts won!!!!!  And tonight is my 24 night!  Yea!!!   Something to look forward to on Mondays!

Our air is off today.  For most people that isn't a big deal, but here at our store with all the compressors (coolers, coffee makers, etc) it gets HOT in here.  Maybe I'll sweat some fat off today!!!    Oh well if not here then at Wil's tonight.  Have a blessed day!

Wednesday, Feb. 7th

*Not too sore today from my workout last night.  We were shocked to find out he had us doing something for a minute.  He had worked us up without us knowing it.  Sticking with this..even if it kills me...which it might!!!    My daughter's dance teacher (who just started training with Wil) said I looked better last night than I did when I normally come to pick my daughter up.  I guess that's a good sign!!!

Thursday, Feb. 8th...weigh in day

May chicken out and use my pass tonight....or I may bite the bullet.  I broke down and weighed and according to my scale...I had another gain...about 3 lbs!!!!  Wil said this is normal (and my leader has said the same thing) since I am working out regular now.  He said everyone is different, but that my body will all the sudden start dropping the weight.  I've had a few people tell me this week that I look smaller....so I'm hopeful this is truly working!
