*whew* I've done good so far today! There was a couple of times when I really wanted to munch, but I didn't!!! Yay me!
Right now I'm having my first cup of coffee in ages! Been drinking a cup or two of green tea every morning instead. DH likes his coffee really strong, so I was really having to 'dump' creamer and sugar in it. Then someone suggested only taking half a cup of coffee and adding water to it! *duh* LOL So every now and then (like now) I do that. I heated up a half cup of coffee, added water to it and 2 1/2 tsps. of FF French Vanilla Creamer. Mmmm .... sure is good!
