Ingredients 1 1/2 cup Enriched long grain instant rice, uncooked 10 3/4 oz 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Mushroom Soup 2 cup cooked chicken breast 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables 2 Tbsp butter 1 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp table salt 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions In a 12" nonstick skillet, melt 2 TBSP butter over medium heat. Add rice, 3 1/3 cups water, undiluted soup, chicken, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper; boil. Stir several times; cover. Over low heat, cook until rice is tender. Stir in thawed vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese, cover. Heat until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.*
