I really blew it last night. I was shopping the other day & the store had all it's bulk candy on for 1/2 price. including chocolate covered almonds. Last night I sat down with a good book and thought I'd just have a few. well I'm sure you can guess the rest. I never even noticed them disappearing. I feel terrible this morning. but will definetely stay on track today.
Well ... I've done that with Smokehouse almonds! That's why we have to count them out and put the rest away. Another one of my downfalls is Cheetos! Oy vey!
Just the other night I let my daughter and hubby talk me into ice-cream at Culver's - after my eating a fried fish sandwich and fries! Did I just have a small scoop? You bet I did ......... n't! LOL I had a 2 scoop banana split!!! Boy was it good! I didn't eat all of it ...
I used all of my weekly points on that one day! I think that was Wednesday and I don't replenish my allowance until Tuesday!
Like everyone here has told me when I've fessed up to being "bad". Don't beat yourself up. Just start fresh and go on!
We've all done it! I'm really bad about it when Ive had a bad week.
The best thing is to learn from it and go on. Beating yourself up won't do anything but make you feel worse. Trust me...been there, done that, threw away the t-shirt!
