I lost 3.6 pounds......pretty good considering I had a few rough spots with the eating part.  Now that I am getting things straight and have gone food shopping, I will do better with the points.  off to pat meself on the shoulder......and admire my purdy bookmark!!!!lol

  Awsome Job. Keep up the good work. As time goes by it does get easier in trying to figure your points for the day and you tend to find more and more things out there that you never knew were there. Give yourself a nice pat on the back.
