HAPPY SPRING!

It's raining here, so I guess that qualifies for spring! At least it's not snow! LOL

Last night's WW meeting was good. They went over portion sizes again ... how we've really 'grown' since the 80's in our portions. And they do it sooo slow that we hardly even notice. I just realized that a LARGE potato is the size of a LIGHTBULB! I would have counted it as a medium! I need to rethink some things now. Oops!
 She also mentioned measuring ... if you find yourself not losing weight, then you may want to start measuring again for a while just to make sure you are getting the right portions. You don't want too much, but you also don't want to short change yourself! We still measure and weigh things around here. It just makes it so much easier.
