Monday...whatch' eatin'?


Ok...back to posting.  I've been keeping up with my food, too, on My Calorie Counter, so I really haven't been bad.  Have to take my youngest to her swimming lessons at 10:30 so probably won't get my snack in this morning.

Daily Point total = 23 pts

Breakfast:
Strawberry yogurt = 1 pt
Laughing Cow (light) wedge = 1 pt
100 Cal Thomas multigrain English muffin = 1 pt

Used = 3 pts      Left = 20 pts

Lunch:
Subway 6 in turkey sub with veggies and ff honey mustard = 6 pts
Lays Light chips = 1 pt

Used = 7 pts     Left = 13 pts

Dinner:
Meatloaf Stovetop muffins (only I made it like a regular meatloaf with 8 servings changing the pt value) = 3 pts
Mashed potatoes = 3 pts
Green beans = 0 pts

Used = 6 pts   Left = 7 pts

Snacks:
Fiber One bar = 2 pts
2 mini York peppermint patties = 2 pts
All Bran garlic & herb crackers = 2 pts

Used = 6 pts   Left = 1 pt

Here is what I have eatin' today!  Off to class with my preztels to help me survive the 3 hours!  Then it is one of the 100 calorie packs of the hostess cupcakes - oh so good!
