First off, I must say - THANK GOD IT IS FRIDAY!!  This week has been really hectic and next week may just be worse due to work.

Secondly, I weighed in on Wednesday evening and I lost another 2.6 pounds for a total of 7.6.  I was pretty excited - ok I was so excited!! 

Everyone have a wonderful day!  Spring is Springing here in Upstate NY - finally!
