I have weigh in tonight ...

I'm really dreading it, but I know it's my own fault.

I really need to find my motivation again ...

I'll let you know how 'kind' the scale is to me after. I weigh in at 5:00.

That's not bad! It could be all water! Gained myself this week. Just jump back on the wagon and start over today!
