One of my friends at church is a nutritionist for the Health Dept. She talked to us last week at out workout session about healthy eating. She told us about the goverment's site to help you eat healthier.
You can register (for free) and keep track of what you have eaten and physical activity for the day. It will also (without you needing to register) will break down how much meat, grains, veggies, fruits, etc you need a day for your height, weight, gender, activity level, etc. And if you want to lose gradually how much.
I don't know if it has the graphs or comparisons that My Calorie Counter ( http://my-calorie-counter.com/ ) does, but it does show you what you need for a healthier body.

You are welcome! You can click on save and analyze after putting in your food and it has smilie faces to tell how well you are getting your fruits, veggies, dairy, etc.
Now I will say this. It says for me, I should be getting 3 servings of dairy/milk a day instead of the WW 2.
