Morning Skinny Peeps! Today is going to be busy but fun! Sam and I are getting ready to leave for his swimming lessons, then we're going to go to McDonald's for lunch, to a carnival and then later we're meeting his godmother for dinner at Cracker Barrel and going to see Shrek the Third. Sounds like a fun, full day! Hope you all are enjoying your weekend. I've decided to try an experiment. I am trying to fit the induction phase (phae 1) of the South Beach Diet into my WW program. I figure it's pretty much the same as the Core plan...just fewer carbs. We'll see if I can actually do this and kick start my weight loss again. Pray for me! Love ya, Colette
