Monday...new day...new week!


Ok...gonna do better!  We are closing at 5 for the rest of the summer, so I should be better about fixing things at home.  And David has told me he is going to check in to going to work out with me at Wil's!  Yea!!  heart.gif  That will help me more with accountability on that.  Here's my menu so far today....I will add on as I eat today.  Gonna try to be more consistent.

Total daily points = 23 pts

Breakfast:
Total raisin bran 1 cup = 2 pts
1/2 cup fat free milk = 1 pt
Decaf mint tea = 0 pts

Used = 3 pts   Left = 20 pts

Lunch: 
Lean Cusine Sesame Chicken with pasta and veggies = 7 pts

Used = 7 pts   Left = 13 pts

Snacks:
Popcorn = 1 pt
Carrots = 0 pts

Used = 1 pt     Left = 12 pts

Dinner:
2 lean ground beef patties = 8 pts
Salad with 2 Tbsp light olive oil dressing = 1 pt
2 slices light bread = 1 pt

Used = 10 pts   Left = 2 pts

Before bed:
Light string cheese = 2 pts

Used = 2 pts   Left = 0 pts
