Ok so here I go again!  I have half my day planned!  I am finding that a higher protein breakfast lasts longer for me!  Tonight I am going grocery shopping and I am getting some low-fat egg beaters!

Today was weigh in for me, so I'll go over and post that here in a bit.  Here's today what I know...I'll add as needed.

Daily Total = 23 pts

Breakfast:
1 cup Total Raisin Bran = 2 pts
1/2 cup milk = 1 pt
1 small apple = 1 pt
Decaf mint tea = 0 pts

Used = 4 pts    Left = 19 pts

Lunch:
Salad with light dressing = 0 pts
dried cranberries = 1 pt
Lean Cuisine Chicken Club panni = 7 pts

Used = 8 pts    Left = 11 pts

Dinner:
Beef Noodle Casserole = 6 pts
Salad with 2 Tbsp light olive oil dressing = 1 pt
Easy Atlanta Peach Cobbler = 3 pts

Here is what I had for dinner (after a bunch of house work I finally ate at 7:30!)

I got the recipe from hungry girl and for a quick meal it isn't bad! Thank god for the Turkey hot dog's! I am such a summer hot dog person!
