Ok you are probally just ready to boot me from this whole forum for all my questions it just takes my husband a long time to make up his mind but do you think online weight watchers or in person at a meeting would be better and also did anyone watch the new shaq show about childhood obesity
I really got a lot from the meetings when I went. It helped to have that accountability for me, knowing I had to weigh in helped me during the week.
However, I think I mentioned to you that my hubby just did it with me (part of that had to do with the cost) and did not join WW. He lost 71 lbs. I went to the meetings, but he benefitted from it, too. We kinda got a 2 for 1 deal.
For me, the support at the meetings was great!
sidenote: I heard rumor (that I need to check out) that my old WW group was going to get started back....so I may be heading back in a few months.

Personally, I say in person. I am standing still right now, probably because I'm not going to meeting more than once a month. I'm having trouble finding the time (going tomorrow ) but the meetings really do it for me!
I need more structure and support and I recognize that about myself. Just my opinion...but it works for me.

I feel that in person is better because you get the support at the meetings that you don't get online. I use the monthly pass with the etools. The etools help a lot when I cant figure out the points for something. I like to use the weight tracker as well.
I have to say in person and by staying at the meetings. I reached goal in Jan and I still go to meetings every week. Only have to weigh in once a month, depending how things are I will weigh in every week but we all know how water weight and bloating go. So I have to say going to the meetings is best for me. It helps me stay in track and it also gives me new ideas from other members.
