What I have planned...I'm sure snacks will take care of the 3 extra points.

Daily Point Total = 23

Breakfast:
Kashi Go Lean Oatmeal (2 packs) = 4 pt
Decaf mint green tea = 0 pts

Used = 4 pts    Left =19 pts

Lunch:
Salad with fat free italian dressing = 0 pts
Lean Cuisine French Bread Pepperoni pizza = 6 pts
1/4 Dark Chocolate bar = 1 pt

Used = 7 pts     Left = 12 pts

Dinner:
Chili = 4 pts
Saltines = 2 pts
Shredded cheese = 1 pt
Chocolate version of Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes (use chocolate instead of spice cake mix) = 2 pts

Used =9 pts   Left = 3 pts

Milk:  smile
Oils:
