I too have been absent for awhile. Off being stressed out (and stess eating) but still running 5-6 times per week for 20 to 40 minutes a day! Stress is starting to slow down a bit but still there.
This week I am going to try and control my eating no matter my stress level.
On a good note, Friday is my two year anniversary with my BF so we are going out for Chinese food (Saving my WPA's for that!) I will start posting my menu's to keep myself in check!
