First let me say a big hello to all and ask how you are all doing?
Secondly, I will be going back to my first weight watchers meeting on January 9th, I'm waiting one week because starting January 7th at work they are having a Biggest Loser competition that I want to coinside with my weight loss for extra motivation.
Thirdly, Santa brought Daniel the Wii! IT IS GREAT EXCERSICE! I'm going to use that until I start to run again. After just two days of boxing, my arms hurt! You can play tennis, golf, baseball, boxing and bowling and your muscles get a great workout. In January, WiiFit is coming out and I would love to get it!
Fourthly, during Christmas dinner, Dan's sister said we need to start finding 5k's to run as soon as possible - she said one every weekend. One problem is that she lives in Northern Jersey and I live outside of Albany, NY. But she will come up here a couple of weekends and I will go down there. I am going to start running after work when it is still light out at 5:30. With the snow on the ground I want to be able to see where I am running and I am hoping that I can muster through the cold!
