Today was hard.  I was home and on antibiotics for a sinus infection and all I did was munch - I can say though that if it went into my mouth I wrote it!

Oh, that's great, healthy food is top-notch in general. And it's important to eat right, especially if you exercise. For example, when I buy somatropin at a discount, I often start eating less, but I gain a lot of weight.
