I got this off of a WW board at WW.com. The recipe claims it's 1 pt for 1 cup but I havn't had time to run it through the recipe builder. Sounds yummy though! Colette
WW Potato Soup (This is REALLY good!) 1 point per 1 cup serving
20 oz pkg. Obrien frozen hash brown potatoes 4 cans F/F chicken broth (14 oz cans) ˝ onion, diced 3 stalks celery, diced 1 pkg. low fat country gravy mix (Pioneer brand – no fat)
Put all in pot boil about 20 minutes. The longer it boils, the more it thickens up.
NOTE: If you add shredded cheese, you’ll need to add on additional points.
