The first time I made Tandoori Chicken I didn't have Tandoori Spice so I tried it with a Thai chicken seasoning. it was good but not Indian in flavor. The second time I made it, I used curry powder (have to go to an Indian market for tandoori spice ). The chicken was very moist and the yogurt gave it a wonderful flavor. I deffinately reccomend this recipe.
This made alot, so I froze some and also made Colette's Chick Pea and Spinach Curry with Brown Rice. It was delicious! The next day I wanted something TexMex, so I sliced some of the leftover chicken and served it over the rice, mixed with salsa and covered in melted fat free cheese with fat free refried beans. It was awesome!
