2 cup cabbage, all varieties shredded 0 1 cup cucumber(s) thinly sliced 0 2 Tbsp canned pimento chopped 0 1 oz feta cheese 2 1/2 cup canned chickpeas 2 2 Tbsp diet Italian salad dressing 1 2 small wheat pita(s) or 1 large, toasted 2 2 Tbsp guacamole 1 1 cup grapes 1
Combine cabbage, cucumber, peppers, feta cheese and chickpeas in a bowl. Toss with dressing to coat. Serve with pita topped with guacamole and enjoy grapes for dessert.
