Ingredients
1 item frozen black bean vegetarian burger(s) (microwaved at work)
1/4 medium avocado (sliced; for the burger)
1/4 cup tomato(es) (sliced; for the burger)
1 cup vegetable soup (microwaved at work or kept hot in a thermos)
1 large orange(s)
Instructions
Tip: Either enjoy this meal as is or spend some of your Weekly POINTS Allowance for a hamburger roll or 2 slices of reduced-calorie multi-grain bread.
