I got this from a devotional book my girls gave me for my bd and it really spoke to me about my WW journey. I know not all of it may apply...but it really encouraged me for the new year.

Chelle...thank you for this! You have no idea how I needed this today...on so many levels, not just Weight Watchers. I was so upset this morning with some things going on in my life, and then I read this and it was just what I needed.
