Easy Atlanta Peach Cobbler

I made http://www.activeboard.com/forum.spark?forumID=71813&subForumID=203442&action=viewTopic&commentID=5404649&topicPage=">Easy Atlanta Peach Cobbler for my luncheon today (I was suppose to take a dessert).  I had a few the of peaches left over.  I had doubled the recipe...even though that only makes 4 servings, they are BIG servings....since it was for a group.


I took the left over peaches and made a smaller version for me and dh to try it...had to make sure ya know!!!!  LOL!!!!!


This was WONDERFUL!!!!!!  and soooo easy to make!  This is definitely a keeper at our house!!!!!  If you don't eat half of it, it is less than 3 points!

Just to let you guys know...My core group LOVED this.  I had several ask for the recipe.  Some were not going to try in until they found out that it was made with Splenda....then they went and got some.  It was cut in probably 10-12 pieces and like I said I doubled the recipe...so the points would be lower.  The only problem was that David got upset...there was only a couple spoonfuls left for him when I got back to the store!!!!

David keeps getting upset because everytime I make a big one for get-togethers (I double the recipe) I hardly have any to take home...this last time the girls got to it before we did and we had to split the last SMALL piece.
