A friend of mine (who is doing WW and has 5 kids) came up with this recipe. She used the 90%/10% ground beef and the regular mozzarella (since she was making for the kids, too). If you use ground turkey or the leaner ground beef, skim mozzarella, and whole wheat shells it would drop the points....probably to 2 a piece. I'll let our wonderful Coe check it out if she wants on the points counter.
6 Large shells, cooked 1 cup Ragu spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 4 triangles light Laughing Cow cheese 1 cup fresh chopped spinach 3/4 cup cooked ground beef (with onions and garlic)
Mix the cheeses and the spinach. Add the ground beef. Mix well. In a small casserole dish put a little of your Ragu sauce. Take your cooked shells and stuff them with your mixture. Place up right in the casserole dish. Put remaining Ragu sauce on them. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
Each shell is 3 (or less) points.

Chelle...I ran this through the recipe builder just to be sure...using part skim mozzerella cheese it comes to 3 pts per shell. If you were to use ff mozzerella the points value is the same. So, I'd use the good stuff and enjoy!
Thanks for posting this...I'm going to make this. The shells would be great to freeze individually and take to work for dinner! Love, Coe
