Zesty Roast Beef Salad (Core/2pts)

1/2 lb thin sliced roast beef
1/2 tbsp fat free mayo
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
2 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
ground pepper
8 cups Romaine lettuce


Cut beef into 1/4 inch slices.  Combine mayo, sour cream, horseradish, salt, and pepper in large bowl.  Add lettuce and beef.  Toss until well coated.  Serve at once.


4 servings at 2 pts each or CORE

Thanks for this! I'm always looking for ways to use leftover steak and I have these things on hand. I will be making this...and it's Core! Thanks Chelle!
