Salad with FF Kraft Italian dressing=0pts
Lean Cusine Chicken & Penne Pasta with veggies & caramel apple dessert=6pts


Subtotal:  6 pts


Evening:  (sorry...he was too cute!)
Lean Cusine Lasagna=6 pts
Garlic toast (made with lite bread, 0 pt butter spray, & garlic salt)=1pt
Salad with FF Kraft Italian dressing=0pts


Subtotal:  7 pts


Snack: 
2 fruit snacks (due to low blood sugar this morning)= 2pts


Total for day 18


That gives me a total of 4 left over for other snacks

Gosh Chelle, your supper looks soooo yummmmmy!! Lasagna, salad AND garlic bread, mmmm. I"ll be looking for that Lean Cuisine dinner very soon. Great meal!!


OH, and I LOVE your animation!! WHERE do you find all those??


OH YEAH, the real reason for this thread....


I'm going to start posting my menu at the end of the day. I'm keeping in my quiktrack diary AND on my other board....I'm spending WAY to much of my day focusing on WW. (sad, but true. It might be an obsession at this point!) I have school work to be doing so I'll be back at the end of the day.

Supper:
8 oz. grilled tilapia - 4 points

Bush's baked beans 1/2 c - 3 points

No points left for dessert today =(
