This was a day that made me grateful for my extra points.... We left at 4:45 am and I had made a 1 pt english muffin, peanut butter and banana breakfast to take on the road. I ate that and when we got there...my DBIL had decided to take us out to breakfast at a wonderful little Mennonite Cafe in the next town over. I ordered an omlet...but when I got it, it had cheese, peppers and ham in it. I ate it (of course...and it was AMAZING!!! Then, we went to move Mom...and we ordered Pizza Hut for lunch...dinner wasn't until very late that night...and we had McDonalds.
Oddly enough, I didn't gain the next morning. So, I'm going to be very good the rest of the week. Only have 3.5 WPA left..and I'm not using them, just in case. What a weekend. I got all my essentials and extra water in..hope it works.
