3/4 cup fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup finely chopped shallots
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup Promise ® Buttery Spread
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
4 pieces (4 oz. ea.) halibut fillets, grilled or broiled
In 1-quart saucepan, bring broth, shallots and lemon juice to a boil over high heat. Continue boiling 10 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated. Remove from heat. With wire whisk, stir in Promise ® Buttery Spread, parsley and lemon peel. Serve over halibut.
