Weigh in day for me....


Morning:  ...of course these are WW friendly!!!!  LOL 
Total Raisin Bran with 1/2 cup milk:  3 pts
Decaf Mint Green Tea = 0 pts
Sobe Lean Energy = 0 pts


Subtotal = 3 pts


Afternoon:  ...me at work....LOL  Just joking!!!
Lean Cuisine Chicken Fried Rice Bowl = 5 pts
2 slices bread = 1 pt
Salad with FF Italian dressing = 0pts


Subtotal = 6 pts


Snacks:  ...0 pt cake of course!!! 
Popcorn = 1 pt
Tootsie Pop = 1 pt


Subtotal = 2 pts


Dinner: 
I have no clue...I only picked up a couple of things at the store yesterday because I had to get the girls to rehearsal....so I'll be going back today.  Plus Christy has rehearsal until 9 so I will probably just pick up something after my WW and book club meetings.


But....Now that I have found the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches (2 pts).....I will more than likely have one of those when I get home!!!!! 


Exercise:

Milk....1/2 cup so far....I know bad girl! 
Water....down 16 oz...working on a 20 oz now for total so far of 36oz (4.5 glasses)  3.5 to go (28 oz)
