4/13/2006 Thursday...my Friday at work!!!


*We are closed tomorrow...so yea!!!!  We get a day off of work....so it's like Friday!!!!   Oh....this is gonna be a fun day!  I have CBS today and this is our luncheon day....we all bring something and this month is taco salad!  YIKES!!!!  I guess I'll go light on the ground beef, cheese,  and chips and go heavy on the lettuce and other veggies!!!!


Total Daily:  22


Morning: 
1 cup Fiber One Honey Cluster Cereal with 1/2 cup milk = 3 pts
Decaf Mint Green Tea = 0 pts


Subtotals:  For meal 3 pts   left  19


Afternoon: 
Taco salad = ? pts....pray for me!!!!! 


Dinner: 
No clue...depends on how bad I am at lunch! 


Snacks: 
Probably at least popcorn = 1 pt
The rest depend on lunch!

Today is going to be kind of a lazy day for me...just puttering around the house, doing a bit of grocery shopping and making dinner. Maybe I'll take a walk then curl up with my new mystery novel...yeah! I bought a new WW food scale at meeting yesterday and I can't wait to try it out. I hope it will keep me on track better. Maybe I'll mix up a batch of pumpkin banana nut muffins...yummy! Have a great day everyone! Colette
