Morning ladies! Tonight I'm going out to eat with my best friend of 23 years...Mary Ann. We never get to see eachother so this is a real treat...a girl's night out! We are going to see a scary movie "Slither:...looks right up our alley...we love to watch monster movies together... Then, we're going out to eat at Chili's. I asked her to choose a restaurant then I went to their website and checked out their menu. They have a whole selection called "Guiltless Grill". Their website offers nutrition data for all of their guiltless menu items. I was able to choose one (printed out the list in case they are out of salmon) and now I'm able to plan my points for the day...with some left over for popcorn at the movie! Failure to plan is planning to fail...like my leader Jan says. I've found that alot of restaurants have websites with nutrition data...this is a gold mine for Weight Watchers. OK...done patting myself on the back now...lol . Have a wonderful day! Colette
