Directions: Grease 10 cups of 12-cup muffin pan or line 10 cups with paper baking cups and set aside. Place all ingredients in medium-size bowl and stir until well combined. Spoon batter into 10 prepared muffin cups, filling cups no more than two-thirds full. Half-fill 2 empty cups with water. Bake in preheated 400 degrees oven 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately and serve hot.
