4 breast uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 tsp canola oil 1 medium onion(s) 1 1/2 tsp curry powder 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/2 cup mango chutney 1/2 cup frozen green peas 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Saute chicken breasts and remove from pan. In same pan heat oil and cook onion and apple until tender. Stir in curry powder and salt, cook 1 minute. Add chutney, peas and water boil 1 minute.
