Good morning ladies! I hope that everyone had a great Monday (such as they are...). I'm finally losing weight again, at least according to my home scale! Morning: Puffed rice cereal Fat Free Milk Herbal Cinnamon Apple tea with Sugar Free Carmel syrup

Afternoon: Boiled chicken Brown Rice Cream of Chicken/Mushroom = 1 pt (This is all mixed together so I am guessing 1/2 cup or less of the soup mixture) Salad with Fat Free dressing Peaches (canned with Splenda)

Evening: Something quick and fast! Not only is it my weigh-in night, it is also the first Tuesday night of the month which means Book Club...right after WW....then pick up DD #1 from dance....it will be later (8:30 probably) when I get home.
Snacks: 94% Fat Free Popcorn Pears (canned in own juice)
Total WPA used for day: 1 Total WPA for week: ? When I got sick, I ate whatever I could keep down!
