This recipe is from Allrecipes.com. It's alot of points, but very tasty and filling. To make this Core...omit the parmesan or count the points.
Ingredients
16 oz uncooked whole-wheat rotini pasta 4 breast uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 Tbsp olive oil 3 clove garlic clove(s) 1 1/4 tsp table salt 1 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 1/4 tsp dried basil 1 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, without oil 1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta according to directions on package. Saute chicken, garlic and spices in olive oil. Add sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes. Add pasta and toss to combine. Add cheese.
