6 large apple(s) 1 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp table salt 3 Tbsp Minute Tapioca 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup water
Instructions
Mix sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, salt and tapioca or pudding until evenly coated. Put mixture in crockpot. Pour lemon juice & vanilla over apples and THEN add boiling water. Cook on high for 2-3 hours
