*Tonight is my big night at church.  My months of hard work's conclusion.  I am excited and a little nervous.  Since the crowning is tonight, my schedule will be hectic with appointments and such...but here is the best I can figure my meal plan for today! 


Total Daily points = 20


Morning: 
Smart Ones Banana Nut muffins = 2 pts
Herbal tea


Total pts used for meal = 2      left = 18


Afternoon: 
Grilled Chicken Club panni = 7 pts
Popcorn = 1 pt


Total pts used for meal = 8    left = 10


Evening: 
The leader in charge of the crowning is getting a subway platter so I am going by what I normally would get....I'll try to stay as close to that as possible! 
Subway sub = 6pts (I'll take the cheese off) 


Total pts used for meal = 6     left = 4


Snacks: 
Breyers Light ice cream sandwich = 2 pts
Popcorn = 1 pt


Total pts used for snacks = 3     left = 1 (leaves a little leeway)


Milk:

This morning I have weigh in and my scale is registering a gain...but my ankles, feet and fingers feel like stuffed sausages, I'm retaining so much fluid. I just have to remember that its just a water gain and just press on. Next week I should have a big loss () that's how it usually works.
