Warm chicken, peppers and onions. Spray flatbread on one side with fat free butter spray on one side. Place sprayed side down in skillet leaving half of the FLATOUT outside skillet. Load on the chicken, veggies and cheese. Fold other side over to "seal" the quesadilla. Cook on medium heat for two minutes, flip and brown other side.
Special Notes
The chicken is cube and pre-cooked. Cut larger cubes in half to make better use of the 3 oz portion.
