Morning: 
Fiber One Cereal = 1 pt
1/2 cup fat free milk = 1 pt


Used = 2 pts    Left = 20 pts


Afternoon: 
4 Cheese Chicken Quesdilla Lean Pocket = 6 pts
Popcorn = 1 pt


Used = 7 pts   Left = 13 pts


Evening: 
*This is what I am planning on...still have to get groceries today!
Chicken & Dumplings = 6 pts
Green beans = 0 pts
Light garlic toast = 1 pt
Light ice cream sandwich = 2 pts


Used = 9 pts    Left = 4 pts


Snacks: 
Popcorn = 1 pt
Tootsie Pop = 1 pt


Used = 2 pts    Left = 2 pts (which I'm sure I'll use!    LOL )
