Breakfast: the Heart Healthy serving of oatmeal (I have very high cholesterol) with 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup skim milk. Points 5
Mid morning snack: weight watchers yogurt 1 point
Lunch: Subway sandwich, 6 inch veggie delight 4 points
afternoon snack 1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese and 1 cup fresh pineapple 2 points
Dinner Spaghetti and meatballs garden salad, Garlic bread 10 points.
