8 oz uncooked whole-wheat pasta 1 pound extra lean ground beef 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1 can del monte traditional spaghetti sauce 16 oz fat-free cottage cheese 8 oz shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese* 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Break noodles, place half in bottom of crockpot. Combine browned ground beef, garlic and italian seasoning; spread half over noodles. Combine spaghetti sauce and water; spread half over beef layer. Spread half of the cottage cheese over the sauce layer and sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese over that. Repeat layers. Spray the top layer of cheese with cooking spray to keep it soft and help it melt* Cover, cook on low for 5 hours.
