*We've almost made it through the week gang! I have weigh in tonight. I'm not looking forward to it because I have not been a good girl, but tomorrow is a new week and a new day. I will be buckling down and getting the exercise going again...I have to if I am going to make goal by Sept!

Evening: Something after weigh in on the way to VBS
Snacks: Popcorn = 1 pt Tootsie Pop = 1 pt 100 cal pack = 2 pts
Used = 4 pts Left = 9 pts should be enough for dinner
