*We've almost made it through the week gang!  I have weigh in tonight.  I'm not looking forward to it because I have not been a good girl, but tomorrow is a new week and a new day.  I will be buckling down and getting the exercise going again...I have to if I am going to make goal by Sept! 



Daily Point Total = 20


Morning: 
1/4 cup fat free cheese = 1 pt
2 small corn tortillas = 2 pts


Used = 3 pts   Left = 17 pts


Afternoon: 
2 slices light bread = 1 pt
2 oz tuna = 2 pts
Light Lays chips = 1 pt


Used = 4 pts    Left = 13 pts


Evening: 
Something after weigh in on the way to VBS


Snacks: 
Popcorn = 1 pt
Tootsie Pop = 1 pt
100 cal pack = 2 pts


Used = 4 pts    Left = 9 pts
should be enough for dinner

2 Am Lunch


(payday is tomorrow and had no lunch meat of spendable cash)


2 cups of Special K Cereal and 1 cup skim milk

bacon and eggs=8 points (wowsers!!!)

2 PM Lunch


package of Ramon noodle soup =4 points

6 pm dinner


Mashed potatoes and hamburger gravy


sliced tomatoes, corn on the cob (with my can't believe it's not butter) = 7 points
