*Start of a new week for me! Gonna crack down...know I said that last week, but hubby has said he will hold me accountable...and I am going to do the same for him. I need to get back on track and he needs to jumpstart his metabolism. So off we go...we are going back to splitting things, too! I am also going back up to 22 pts this week, since I gained and it put me back over the 150 mark. I am also doing my Quick Tracker again...hold me to that gang!
Afternoon: 2 oz tuna salad (made w/ light tuna in water, fat free mayo, and pickles) = 2 pts 2 slices light bread = 1 pt 1/2 small ($0.99) bag of Baked Lays = 2 pts Salad with fat free Italian dressing = 0 pts
Used = 5 pts Left = 15
Evening: 8 piece nuggets from Chic-fil-a (no sauce) = 6 pts 1/2 medium waffle fry = 4 pts
Used = 10 pts Left = 5 pts
Snacks: Popcorn = 1 pt Tootsie Pop = 1 pt
Used = 2 pts Left = 3 pts (which will leave me a little if I snack at VBS tonight )
Milk: Fruits & Veggies: Water: (gonna do this right!!!)
