Yesterday was so bad, I didn't even stick to what I had planned to eat. I ate 40 points yesterday I wasn't feeling well and what I did eat was way more than I wanted to. Most of it was ramon noodles. It was the only thing that stayed down. Both my daughter and I had some tummy bug and a headache to boot. Luckly it was only a 24 hour thing. Could of been food poisoning too. But we ate what everyone else had the night before and no one else got sick. hmmmm.
Today it was:
2 AM Lunch: Turkey roll up 10 baby carrots, and a pickle. 6 points
4 AM Snack
Fat free cottage cheese and 1/4 of a catalope, 4 points
Breakfast: 8 AM
1 blueberry WW muffin, 1 cup skim milk 4 points
Lunch 1 PM
Turkey roll up, baby carrots and a pickle 6 points
Dinner 6 pm
Grilled hamburgers, baked potatoes and sliced tomatoes. 5 points
*my mom bought 5 bushels of tomatoes at farmer's market this morning. what we dont' eat fresh by wensday morning, they are getting bottled for the winter. Thank goodness they are a free food and I love tomatoes!
