Well...this morning is weigh in. My scale says I lost...but we'll see. My scale can sometimes be a liar! If I do lose, I will fit a nice McDonalds treat into my plan today. If I lose over 2 lbs today then my points target will go down...so this will actually end up using some WPA. I have to save most of my WPA because DH's birthday is coming up this weekend and we're going to our favorite bbq restaurant (Jack Stack in Martin City)...so I will need those WPA...I'm going to enjoy every bite! Lunch tuna fish and lettuce sandwich (1/2 cup tuna with a splash of lemon juice on regular bread with a wedge of lettuce. no dressing 5 points)
Went to my mom's house to can tomatoes. so my afternoon snack was tomatoes, We canned 55 quarts of quartered tomatoes, 25 pints of tomato sauce. If I lost weight today, it was all water from the steam coming from the water bath in the canning process.
Dinner was 2 baked chicken thighs without skin, 1 cup stuffing, sugar free Jello 8 points
