Asian Braised Chicken and Vegetables POINTSŪ value | 5 Servings | 4

Ingredients 8 item skinless chicken drumstick 1 item bell pepper, any color, seeded and cut into strips or large dice 1 medium onion, cut into quarters and seperate the layers1 clove garlic clove(s) 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce 1 Tbsp canola oil 1/2 pound frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrot, snow pea, etc) 1/2 tsp kosher salt (optional) 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions In a large skillet, heat oil. Season chicken legs with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in oil until lightly brown. Remove chicken and keep warm. Saute peppers, onion and garlic about 3-4 minutes. Add frozen vegetables and cook another 3-4 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce to pan and stir all vegetables to coat. Return chicken to pan, turn chicken to coat with sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
