It's Payday and a billion and one things to do, Jamie is having a friend sleep over and we need to get school supplies.


Breakfast, Normally we would eat out ot MCD's while we were running around paying bills and such, After finding out that my favorite breakfast from there is off the chart for points, I think we are going to stick with cereal bars and fruit and milk. that is 7 points


Lunch, I am getting tired of my turkey roll ups so I will fix my stand by of green salad, 2 cups torn lettuce, 1/2 c diced tomatoes, 2 green onions chopped 3 radishes, 1/2 a cucumber sliced, 6 large olives, and for protien 1/2 cup of chick peas.  3 points for the salad. The dressing is just a few dashes of Greek seasoning.


Maybe an afternoon snack of  a peach or plum 1 point


Dinner is going to be the kicker. Jamie wants to serve chicken encheladas. I don't know what the points are. Going by the week one book, It's 17 points per serving.  Ouch.
