*And today is my parents' 41st wedding anniversary!    I truly thank God for my precious parents.
Ok gang...been slacking on posting my points, so getting going AGAIN!

Morning: 
2 All Bran Honey Oat bars = 4 pts

Afternoon: 
1 cup my easy veggie soup = 2 pts
2 slices light bread = 1 pt
Spinach salad with ff Italian dressing = 0 pts
100 cal pack honey grahams = 2 pt


Used = 5 pts    Left = 13 pts


Evening: 
Not for sure just yet...I'll try to remember to come back and edit this after I have been to the store...or at least made out my list of the week

Tootsie Pop = 1 pt
100 cal Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips = 2 pts

Blessings to your parents Chelle...and I'd say they are pretty blessed to have such a sweet daughter as you! Today I have to really buckle down...I was kinda naughty over the weekend and Wednesday weigh in is fast approaching. I did take a nice long walk today though, it's rainy and sticky but in the 80's instead of the 100's...so I took advantage of it. I feel so good ...lol! Have a good day everyone. Here is my menu for today


 


Lunch: 3 oz of deli fat free ham, sliced tomatoes, 2 slices of light bread, 1T of mayo 5 points


          1 oz reduced fat potato chips, 2 points, 1/2 cup pineapple and 1/2 cup sugar free Jello


7 Points used,  21 points left


 


Breakfast,


too tired 0 points


PM dinner,  lettuce wedge with cucumber and tomatoes and greek seasoning and 1t of olive oil 1 point used 20 points left


Supper, Meat Loaf, mashed potatoes, steamed cauliflower 8 points used 12 points left


Most likely double portion dinner, 8 points, and 4 points left


 


Exercise: 8 points hauling frieght at work. seperating breakpacks, hauling pallets back to recieving, doing stretching while cleaning registers,
