Ingredients 12 oz Hodson Mill Whole wheat penne 1 pound uncooked lean ground beef (with 7% fat) 1 cup bell pepper(s) 1 cup zucchini 8 oz Kraft Velveeta Light Reduced-Fat Pasteurized Processed Cheese Product 1 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese 2 clove garlic clove(s) 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1 cup pizza sauce
Instructions PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown beef in large deep skillet on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to break up the beef. Drain; return beef to skillet. Add shredded zucchini, chopped peppers and pizza sauce; stir until well blended. Cook 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are tender. Drain pasta. Add to beef mixture along with the VELVEETA Light; stir until well blended. SPOON into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until heated through. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fat free mozzarella. Cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
